Dr. Alexandra Cook is a seasoned family office executive and G2 family member with more than 30 years of experience leading financial, investment, operational, and strategic initiatives for ultra-high-net-worth families and complex enterprises. Based in Puerto Rico—with three generations of family ties to Palm Beach and two decades of professional and personal presence in Portugal—she is the founder of Dynastillion℠ and provides the primary intellectual, operational, and strategic leadership behind its service offerings.
Dr. Cook is widely recognized for her practical, execution-driven approach to family office infrastructure design and implementation. Her areas of expertise include tax strategy, trust and entity administration, venture-focused investment incubator operations, private market and alternative investments, and NextGen wealth education. Families rely on her ability to translate complex strategy into durable operating systems aligned with multi-generational objectives.
Prior to founding and formalizing Dynastillion℠, Dr. Cook served fractionally as a family office executive for multiple families and acted as Principal and Managing Director of her family’s holdings through Sunburst Ventures Florida and Puerto Rico, now clients of Dynastillion℠. Immediately preceding this period, she led a multi-jurisdictional billionaire family office, including venture capital funds and an accelerator operated by the family. Her broader career includes other executive roles within family offices and private foundations, partner-level roles in national public accounting firms, and senior executive positions in organizations with annual revenues exceeding $4 billion. This cross-sector leadership experience—spanning technology, real estate, healthcare, logistics, hospitality, insurance, education, and other industries—has materially informed her investment oversight and capital allocation judgment.
In addition to her role at Dynastillion℠, Dr. Cook teaches in the Master of Accountancy program at Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA), an AACSB-accredited business school. She is an alumna of the university, having earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Management, as well as her M.B.A. Dr. Cook earned a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a dissertation in Accounting Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. With a research and professional focus on artificial intelligence and robotics, she is a Senior Fellow with The Digital Economist AI Work Group and is a frequent speaker at family office and private investment conferences.
Dr. Cook is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida and serves across other jurisdictions. She holds multiple advanced professional accounting designations and an international project management credential.

A 3rd generation member of his family, Thaddeus has been involved in Dynastillion℠ and its family office affiliates since childhood and has been intimately involved in analyzing hundreds of private market deals and funds. Additionally, Thaddeus has managed his family’s cryptocurrency portfolio for many years and provides expertise in that industry.
Professionally, after beginning his career in the family office environment and in the franchising industry, Thaddeus gained valuable experience as a licensed health insurance agent, being promoted to Sales Manager and ultimately to Director of Business Development, writing over 10,000 policies. He has since expanded his experience to include other forms of insurance coverage. Thaddeus has extensive experience mentoring and coaching next generation family members, engaging them in leadership, investment, and philanthropic activities within their respective families.

Professionally, after beginning his career in the family office environment and in the franchising industry, Victor gained valuable experience in project management while working for a regional engineering and construction firm. Victor has managed multi- million-dollar public sector infrastructure projects related to roads, drainage, and public safety, including construction oversight and job site management and presentations to government officials. He has also overseen private residence renovations and property management services in the U.S. and abroad as an owner’s rep.
Victor holds an OSHA safety certification, Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) certification, pipe fusion certification, and drone pilot’s license and is pursuing his PMP project management credential. He earned a B.S. in Management and Franchising and an M.B.A. in Project Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Josué Léon is a senior wealth strategist specializing in risk governance, insurance architecture, and integrated wealth planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. With over a decade of experience, he focuses on helping families protect complex balance sheets, design liquidity for major life and business transitions, and align insurance, investment oversight, and planning decisions with their legal, tax, and governance frameworks. In addition to his role in risk governance, Josué contributes to philanthropic planning and next-generation stewardship initiatives, supporting families in structuring charitable strategies and preparing future generations for responsible wealth stewardship. Josué has his B.A. in Theological Studies from Johnson University and his M.B.A. from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Oliver is a private equity, capital markets, and family officer expert with over a decade of experience working with ultra-high-net worth families structuring deals and private investment funds.
Oliver joins Dynastillion℠ as the Founder and Managing Partner of Gauntlet Ventures, an enterprise committed to revolutionize the startup and venture capital (VC) landscape to better serve founders, VCs, and investors, and as the Co-Founder and CEO of Atlas NexGen, a multi-family office for “Cause Driven” entrepreneurs creating investment funds collaboratively as co-GPs. Prior to this, Oliver led the project finance division of Gauntlet Partners and the development of a portfolio of projects worth over $475M spanning many industries across North America, Central America, Europe, East Asia, and Africa.
Based in Boston, Oliver is deeply connected with family offices and institutions in New York and New England as part of an extensive global network. Oliver earned a BA in Humanities and Philosophy from Brigham Young University–Idaho and a M.A. in Mindfulness from Lesley University. Robert Anderson is a South Florida-based entrepreneur and real estate executive with a proven track record at the intersection of commercial real estate, technology, and community impact. Robert’s experience prior to joining Dynastillion℠ includes serving as the Founder and Managing Broker for Anderson Urban Real Estate and Partner and Managing Broker of Tortoise Realty Group, a South Florida commercial real estate brokerage established in partnership with a Palm Beach-based family office. Earlier in his career, Robert co-founded and helped lead Achieve, a multifaceted SaaS company, digital agency, and research firm serving primarily the nonprofit and endurance sports sectors. During his 18-year tenure, Achieve powered over $100 million in global transactions, conducted business in 17 countries. Robert also served as the exclusive researcher and author of the decade-long Millennial Impact Report, a groundbreaking study that reshaped how organizations engage the next generation of donors, activists, and consumers.
A long-time resident of Palm Beach County, Florida, an internationally recognized hub of private wealth and family office activity, Robert draws on more than 37 years of deep community relationships to build partnerships as a trusted advisor to real estate developers, institutions, and family offices.
